The “Head Chef”, nutrition coach, host of The Energised Entrepreneur Podcast, and founder of On Her Plate.
I spent my 20s scaling start-ups in London. Burning myself out in the name of performance. Bts, I was anxious, exhausted, and completely disconnected from my body.
Fast forward to qualifying as a nutrition coach. I wanted to address deeper client needs. Focusing on eating more, creating an empowered attitude to food, and building a nourishing foundation for better health.
